2025 Spring Season Information

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE COMPLETING REGISTRATIONS

  • If you have not used SportsEngine before, please read "How to Create an Account or How to Sign In to My Account" at the bottom of this page.
  • If you have moved or changed phone numbers, you will need to update these in your SportsEngine account. This is extremely important!
  •  EXISTING PLAYERS - When completing the registration for your child, please sign up for the next division for your player  
  • NEW PLAYERS (NOT REGISTERED IN 2024) –Division/age information is listed on the registration page. If you are unsure what division your child should be signed up for, please contact us.
  • AA - Majors – Players signing up for these division will be required attend assessments. After assessments, players may be moved to another division.

Important:

  • Under no circumstances should you change the age of your child to gain eligibility to another division. If you believe your child should be in a different division from what your child’s age will allow, please contact us at: 707windsorbaseball@gmail.com
  • If you sign up for a division and your child did not complete the previous division they will be moved back down unless you have submitted a formal request to move the player. Requests do not guarantee that your child will be allowed to play in requested division but it will be evaluated by the board. Please submit request to: 707windsorbaseball@gmail.com
  • New players will be required to show proof of age during the season to a WYB Board Member.

 

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

  • Online Registration:  Nov. 1, 2024 – Jan. 1, 2025

IMPORTANT: Registration has been extended to Jan. 15, 2025

  • Wait List:  A wait list will be established if the division that you are seeking is full or if we do not receive enough volunteer coaches to meet demands. If this happens, you will know immediately when you attempt to register. You should continue the registration process so that should we receive more volunteers, we will accept wait-listed players by their registration date. 
 

FEES

  • Fees cover costs of charter, insurance, jersey, hat, team picture, and field use fees.

*All Divisions include a $25.00 volunteer fee. If you volunteer during the season, the $25.00 will be reimbursed to you as a credit for the following year's season.

Should your child not assess or draft into a Division that costs more fees, you will be reimbursed the difference.

NOTE: Individual trophies are NOT included, except for end-of-season Division Tournament in Minor AA, AAA, and Majors

 

PAYMENT  

Payment is required at the time of registration. 

Debit/Credit are accepted methods of online payment. (We do not accept American Express or Discover cards).

Refund Policy:
  •  Before assessments/teams formed (whichever is first) - Full Refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee/credit card fees
  • After teams are formed, before uniforms ordered - 75% Refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee/credit card fees
  • After Teams are formed, after uniforms ordered - 50% Refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee/credit card fees
  • Once practices/games begin - NO REFUND

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

We no longer offer full scholarships but, based on need, can make accommodations. The league President or Vice President will review your request in the strictest of confidence. If approved, you will receive an email and will be asked how you wish to fulfill your service obligation to League. 

If you previously received financial assistance but did not fulfill your volunteer service hours, your request may be denied.

*It is more important that your child assess with their division than it is for them to assess on the day of their last name

**Players should arrive 30 minutes prior to their assessment time to warm up and check in**

You may attend another date/time if you have conflicts but please email the League to let us know prior to the date/time of the assessment that your child should be assessing.
