STEP BY STEP REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
(read all steps in link above before beginning process)


Welcome to the 2019 WINDSOR BASEBALL SEASON

 
BEFORE YOU BEGIN, PLEASE NOTE:
  • Payment is due at time of registration. Incomplete registrations will automatically delete in 1 hour and you will have to start again.
  • YOU, AND ONLY YOU, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN OUR DATABASE.
  • YOUR COACH WILL NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO MAKE CHANGES.
  • IF YOU HAVE MOVED, CHANGED PHONE CARRIERS OR NUMBERS, YOU WILL NEED TO UPDATE YOUR PROFILE.
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PRIMARY CONTACT NUMBER HAS BEEN MARKED AS 'ROSTER' AND NOT "PRIVATE" OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MESSAGES.

 


REGISTRATION: 1 - 2 - 3
  • Returning families: review or scroll down to select appropriate age level

  • New families: registration is completed in 3 steps:

  1. Establish family profile: parents/guardians must be in our system first. You will be asked to provide general information about yourself/spouse. This page is identified as Guardian Information. At the bottom of profile page is an option to 'clone' for a second parent. This is a one-time process - you will not have to repeat this step for future registrations.

  2. Register each player: each player is registered individually. Page will read Participant Information. As with the Guardian registration, you will only be required to enter your child's information once - it will be retained for all future registrations.

  3. Payment: after you register first player, the review page will ask if you are ready to make payment or if you have another player to register. Once all players are registered, you can select option to make payment.

Important:

  • Under no circumstances should you change the age of your child to gain eligibility to another division
     
  • When prompted, please select ROSTER for your personal information, not PRIVATE. Choosing PRIVATE means that only the Webmaster/President will see your information. Not your Coach. 
     
  • Text messages can be sent to remind you of practices/games. If you would like to receive text messages, be sure to select this service and include your cell phone carrier.  Check with your provider regarding additional fees.
PROOF OF AGE

Please upload proof of age document when prompted. No option to upload will be seen if we already have your document on file.

PAYMENT
  • Debit/Credit or E*Check:  Payment due at time of registration.

  • Debit/Credit/Cash/Check: Walk In registration (date to be announced once location determined)

  • FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE REQUEST (online request)

We no longer offer full scholarships but based on need, can make accommodations. The league President or Vice President will review your request in the strictest of confidence. If approved, you will receive an email and will be asked how you wish to fulfill your service obligation to League.

If you previously received financial assistance but did not fulfill your volunteer service hours, your request may be denied.

Wait lists: All players will be placed on a wait list if : you register after the cut off date or until a volunteer manager/coach has been identified.
Team placement will be determined by age group affected and registration date.

IMPORTANTWhen you complete a registration, our website will show you the registration details.  If you do not see this confirmation page, you DID NOT register your child.  Please click on the Registration link and try again.
