WBL will review requests for financial assistance; however, we no longer offer full scholarships but based on need, can make accommodations.

We ask that you provide an explanation and/or supply sufficient documentation to support the need to be in the scholarship program. Most common documentation used is copies of the school system assistance that you might be receiving.

The league President or Vice President will review your request in the strictest of confidence. If approved, you will be expected to perform approximately 4-6 hours of service to the league.

Families who received assistance previously but who did not fulfill their service hours will not be considered for assistance in new season unless a detailed explanation is received for consideration by the Board.

Potential areas of service where your service hours may be fulfilled are: Concession stand at Keiser Park, field preparation in early March, cleanup at end of season or League Events.

A letter of agreement must be completed if assistance is granted.
