Who Are Windsor Baseball Umpires?
Windsor Baseball utilizes a coombination of volunteer parents and paid high school students for the Cal Ripken league while Babe Ruth league uses NCOA umpires.
In the lower divisions, each team will be required to use volunteers from their respective teams: parent, friend, manager or coach. To assist in preparing for this job, clinics are planned for both learning the rules as well as basic field mechanics.
